Role Overview
We are seeking a Design Studio Head with strong client servicing expertise to lead our design operations, foster client relationships, and ensure the delivery of exceptional creative solutions. This role blends strategic thinking with design leadership, ensuring both client satisfaction and studio excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design studio, overseeing creative output across branding, content, and visual storytelling.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their objectives and translating them into actionable design strategies.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring consistent satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with creative directors, project managers, and cross-disciplinary teams to execute projects seamlessly.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement processes to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and client communication.
- Mentor and guide design teams, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or design studio leadership.
- Proven track record in managing high-profile clients and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
- Proactive problem-solver, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced creative environment.
