Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to lead studio operations, streamline processes, and empower our creative teams to execute projects efficiently. This role balances creative ambition with operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across film, music, games, and digital content production.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize workflow, resources, and cross-team collaboration.
- Coordinate with creative directors, project managers, and production teams for seamless execution.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and project timelines across multiple departments.
- Establish KPI frameworks and operational metrics to drive performance and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, studio facilities, and technology resources.
- Support talent management, onboarding, and cross-department collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of operations management experience, preferably in creative studios, film, media, or interactive entertainment.
- Strong project management skills with multi-project oversight experience.
- Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Tech-savvy: familiar with production software, collaboration tools, and studio management systems.
- Proactive problem-solver, adaptable to fast-paced creative environments.
