Role Overview
We are seeking a HR Generalist to manage end-to-end human resource operations and support the growth of our creative teams. This role balances strategic HR management with day-to-day employee support, ensuring a thriving, collaborative, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and resolving HR-related issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
- Assist in talent development initiatives, training programs, and succession planning.
- Maintain HR metrics and reports to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with ABSOLUTEARTT®’s creative ethos.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in creative, media, or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in HR software and systems.
