Role Overview:
We seek a Content Alchemist—a visionary who can create, transform, and elevate content from spark to spectacle. This role demands 10 blogs and 10 Google Stories daily, each piece research-backed, trend-conscious, and aligned to our Creator/Magician ethos. You will design and manage the entire content pipeline, wield AI, prompt engineering, and human insight to accelerate production, craft new niches, and bring magic to every word and image.
You will report directly to the founder, gaining mentorship and direct alignment with the company’s creative vision.
What You’ll Do:
- Structure the entire content ecosystem: define categories, tags, taxonomies, and workflow pipelines to ensure seamless production and scalability.
- Research and spot trends, insights, and audience desires, transforming them into research-backed, high-impact content.
- Write multiple blogs daily, each a narrative that educates, inspires, and delights.
- Craft Google Stories daily, combining visual storytelling, copy, and interactive elements.
- Harness AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate ideation, writing, editing, and visual creation.
- Manage end-to-end publishing, including account setup, scheduling, analytics tracking, and pipeline optimization.
- Maintain unwavering fidelity to ABSOLUTEARTT®’s voice, ensuring every word, visual, and story echoes creation, transformation, and wonder.
- Refine strategies continuously, pushing content beyond trends into timeless, signature work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-volume, high-quality content creation (blogs + Google Stories).
- Exceptional storytelling, editing, and brand-aligned copywriting skills.
- Mastery of AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow acceleration.
- Ability to structure and manage content pipelines, categories, tags, and scalable workflows.
- Ability to research, trend-spot, and create new content niches.
- Basic design skills or experience with AI-assisted visual creation.
- Familiarity with CMS, publishing platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and passionate about content as art and impact.

- SEO expertise, keyword strategy, and optimization experience.
- Experience managing multiple content pipelines simultaneously.
