Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Art Director to lead the creative studio, guiding visual storytelling, branding, and content creation. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, aesthetic sensibility, and hands-on creative leadership to deliver impactful projects across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver exceptional branding, design, and content solutions.
- Conceptualize and execute visual strategies that align with client objectives and ABSOLUTEARTT®’s IP initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, copywriters, and other creative talent to ensure cohesive execution.
- Maintain high standards of design quality, consistency, and innovation across all projects.
- Present creative concepts and solutions to clients and internal leadership.
- Mentor and develop design teams, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and creative technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in art direction, creative leadership, or senior design roles, preferably in creative studios, agencies, or media companies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, design, and storytelling expertise.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
