Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to manage key accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of creative projects. This role bridges the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, film, music, and interactive) to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Develop project briefs, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with creative teams.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for clients and internal leadership.
- Support business development by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Track project performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management in creative studios, agencies, or media companies.
- Strong understanding of branding, creative processes, and marketing communications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
