Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth for our creative services, including branding, content creation, design, film, music, and interactive experiences. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across creative services, entertainment, and digital media sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and brand partners.
- Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations that align with client objectives and ABSOLUTEARTT®’s offerings.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
- Achieve sales targets, track pipeline, and report performance metrics to leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Represent ABSOLUTEARTT® at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in creative services, media, or entertainment industries.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent understanding of creative processes, branding, and content production.
- Target-driven, proactive, and strategic thinker.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
