ABSOLUTEARTT® Remote Work Policy
Beyond form, into meaning.
1. Philosophy
At ABSOLUTEARTT® we believe creativity is not confined by place but shaped by purpose.
Art, design, and technology merge best when minds are free to think, explore, and create from anywhere.
Our remote work policy exists to empower that freedom while maintaining a structure that keeps our vision unified.
We work in trust, not surveillance.
In flow, not chaos.
In discipline, not drift.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all ABSOLUTEARTT® divisions and collaborators, including:
Creative Studio
Film and Music Production
Interactive Experiences and Games
ABSOLUTEARTT® Structures
Sales and Operations
It covers full-time, part-time, freelance, and contract-based creators and professionals.
3. Work From Anywhere Policy
Creativity is borderless, and so are we.
ABSOLUTEARTT® supports a Work from Anywhere policy for designers, artists, filmmakers, writers, developers, marketers, and creative technologists.
You may work from any location—your studio, home, or any space that nurtures your focus and imagination.
However, this freedom comes with structured responsibility.
Each team member must ensure:
• A reliable internet connection and communication setup
• Availability during collaboration hours from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
• Daily logging of working hours and project time to maintain clarity and accountability
4. Sales and Operations Policy
While creative and digital departments can work remotely, certain roles in Sales and Operations require a stronger on-ground presence.
1. Office-Based Roles
Sales and Operations professionals involved in client relations, vendor coordination, logistics, or daily operational management are expected to report to the office or assigned location as per their schedule. These functions require direct communication, real-time decisions, and physical interaction with partners, clients, or production units.
2. Digital and Outbound Sales Roles
Team members engaged in digital outreach, lead generation, online brand partnerships, and outbound communication may operate remotely. Their performance will be monitored through structured reporting, logged work hours, and weekly reviews.
3. Hybrid Engagement
Some roles may require periodic office visits, client meetings, or collaborative sessions. Such instances will be scheduled in advance and coordinated with department leads to maintain flexibility without disrupting workflow.
5. Logging Hours and Accountability
While creativity flows in waves, consistency builds trust.
To sustain a seamless workflow across teams:
• All team members must log their working hours daily using company-approved time-tracking tools such or internal systems.
• Logged hours must reflect genuine engagement with assigned tasks.
• Weekly progress updates are required across creative, technical, and production departments.
Logging hours helps us track creative bandwidth, allocate resources efficiently, and recognize contribution fairly.
It ensures balanced workloads and prevents burnout.
This is not about control but about creative accountability, the structure that protects freedom.
6. Principles of Remote Collaboration
Our remote ecosystem is guided by three creative laws.
Autonomy with Integrity
You are trusted to manage your hours and output. Excellence, not activity, defines performance.
Communication as Craft
Every message must be clear, intentional, and respectful. The rhythm of communication reflects the rhythm of creation.
Presence in Collaboration
Be available and engaged during collaborative hours. Respect the shared rhythm of your team and the flow of creative momentum.
7. Tools and Communication
We operate through carefully chosen digital tools that support creativity and coherence.
Communication: Zoho Cliq, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, Arattai
Project Management: Zoho Projects, Asana, Trello
Design Collaboration: Figma
Video Meetings: Zoho Meeting, Google Meet, Zoom
All official communication and project-related exchanges must occur within company-approved platforms to maintain privacy and consistency.
8. Confidentiality and Data Security
Every idea, file, artwork, or codebase created within ABSOLUTEARTT® is part of our intellectual vault.
Team members must:
• Store work only on company-approved drives and cloud systems
• Avoid sharing internal materials outside authorized environments
• Report any data loss, breach, or misuse immediately
Violations of confidentiality will invite strict disciplinary or legal action, depending on severity.
9. Performance and Deliverables
Performance is evaluated on quality, originality, and consistency.
Each member is expected to:
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines
• Communicate clearly with leads and collaborators
• Uphold the standards of ABSOLUTEARTT® in every creative and professional output
10. Work-Life and Creative Balance
We encourage all creators to design their own rhythm.
Rest, reflection, and recharge are part of the creative process.
We value intensity in work but also balance in being.
Mindful routines, focused deep work, and conscious rest are equally essential to our culture.
11. Review and Evolution
This policy is a living framework.
It will evolve with technology, creative culture, and the needs of our teams.
Periodic reviews will align it with emerging tools and new work methodologies.
Closing Statement
At ABSOLUTEARTT® remote work is not a fallback, it is a foundation.
We are building the creative civilization of the neural age, where imagination and discipline coexist across time zones and terrains.
Work from anywhere. Create with integrity. Log with purpose.
Every hour you give meaning to becomes part of our shared art.
